First work: Opposite the title is a notation beginning with: “Abū Bakr al-Rāzī was asked about spirits when they leave bodies…” There is also a note about repentance found on this page. Various Hadith and aphorisms surround the title of the work. Red section headings, written throughout in black and brown ink (some of it faded).
Third work: Title page has Hadith, saying of Abu Hanifa, faded note on sinful acts, Quranic verses beneath the title on ritual purification (all in a different hand than the writing); brown-gold script of the copyist; some marginalia in Arabic, commentary; ends with short poem in Arabic on learning and becoming a student; last page has note on the practices of physicians of Rum, Persia, and India; Hadith related by Ka’b al-Ahbar; script is brown-gold
