Abū l-Ḥasan ʿAlī b. Muḥammad al-Tihāmī was an Arab poet who lived in Syria and Palestine during the reign of the Jarrāḥids. He was appointed khaṭīb of Ramla during this period. Tihāmī was killed in Egypt in 416/1025 on his way to a mission to the Banū Qurra tribe in Egypt, likely on behalf of the Jarrāḥid prince Ḥassān b. Mufarrij. He is remembered for a small dīwān of poetry, which consists of panegyrics for his contemporaries and a well-regarded ode to his son. He died in 416/1025.
